Acting out and Complex Social Change on CKUA’s ArtBeat

The Complex Social Change feature starts at about 35:30

We are thrilled to have been featured on a recent episode of ArtBeat on the CKUA radio network. Produced by CKUA’s Megan Clark, the episode highlights the Acting Out exhibition at the University of Lethbridge Art Gallery and discusses the research objectives of the Complex Social Change research group. Josephine Mills speaks about the art collective General Idea and their role in making LGBTQ issues more approachable, Bruce MacKay talks about engaging students through his course on Activism, and Chris Clark points to examples of the application of design in activism such as the 10 Tactics project.
